One of the most beautiful places we’ve ever had to privilege to stay. It feels like a botanical garden, with tropical trees and flowers sloping down to a spectacular view of the ocean. Monkeys and fireflies joined us in the evenings at sunset. The unit is well-appointed with neat antique furniture, a comfortable bed and great air conditioning (we slept so well!).

Our stay at Overlook was everything we dreamed of for our time in Barbados. The property is absolutely spectacular, and the house has everything we needed. We were entertained by birds and monkeys every morning and spent a lot of time by the pool.

We had a fantastic time staying at Overlook! The place was beautiful and the views were stunning! The photos do not do this place justice. We rented a car & explored a lot of the island based on the host’s recommendations! He was extremely friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and would stay here again!

As a solo traveller, I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The apartment is completely private, peaceful, and beautifully done. I spent hours on the terrace listening to nature, spotting hummingbirds and monkeys. The pool is amazing – huge and overlooking the sea. There’s direct access to the ocean and a nearly private beach right next to the house. I‘d come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful place from the moment you step inside the property, you feel like you are in paradise, beautiful garden, filled with birds and monkeys, followed by the pool and stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and as a bonus you step into a private beach (this beach is rather small but literary next-door there is a big nice beach which is always empty ). If you are a good swimmer, coral reefs and beautiful, colourful fish await..
